A hot air balloon takes about 40 minutes to fly (depending on the wind speed), but the whole process: preparation for take-off, briefing, flight, landing, airship consecration ceremony takes 3-3.5 hours.
The performance of hot air balloon flights also depends on the weather conditions, therefore, as a rule, the preliminary weather forecast is made 2-3 days before the flight date, and the confirmed forecast - 24 hours before.
